ই-গভন্যান্স ও ইনোভেশন কর্মপরিকল্পনা (২০২১-২২) এর আওতায় LPC Automation বিষয়ে Interactive কর্মশালা ভার্চুয়ালি অনুষ্ঠিত

০৯ সেপ্টেম্বর ২০২১ খ্রিঃ হিসাব মহানিয়ন্ত্রক কার্যালয়ের ই-গভন্যান্স ও ইনোভেশন কর্মপরিকল্পনা (২০২১-২২) এর আওতায় LPC Automation বিষয়ে মাইক্রোসফ্ট টিম প্ল্যাটর্ফমে সকল কর্মকর্তার অংশগ্রহনে একটি অত্যন্ত Interactive কর্মশালা ভার্চুয়ালি অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। কর্মশালায় ডিসিএ, ডিডিসিএ, সিএএফও, ডিসিএএফও এবং সিজিএ কার্যালয়ের ঊর্ধ্বতন কর্মকর্তাগণ সংযুক্ত ছিলেন। কর্মশালার সমাপনী বক্তব্যে সিজিএ মহোদয় জনাব মোঃ নূরুল ইসলাম সকলের বেতনভাতা, অন্যান্য পাওনাদি দ্রুত যথাযথভাবে প্রাপ্তিতে স্ব্য়ংসম্পুর্ন পুর্নাংগ এলপিসির ব্যবস্থা গ্রহনসহ সকল কার্যালয়সমূহে সম্মানিত সেবাগ্রহীতাগণের সকল সেবা যথাযথভাবে দ্রুত প্রদান নিশ্চিতকরণের জন্য বিশেষভাবে নির্দেশ প্রদান করেন। এছাড়া তিনি সম্মানিত সেবা গ্রহীতাগণের সাথে সুন্দর ব্যবহারের মাধ্যমে আন্তরিকতা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে সেবা প্রদানের বিষয়ে গুরুত্ব আরোপ করেন । পরিশেষে বর্তমান ডিসিএ খুলনা, জনাব শিকদার রাশেদ কামাল এর দ্রুত আরোগ্য কামনায় মহান আল্লাহ পাকের নিকট প্রার্থনা করা হয়, সেই সাথে সকল কর্মকর্তা/কর্মচারীসহ সকলের সুস্থতার জন্য দোয়া করা হয়।

১২/০৮/২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখে হিসাব মহানিয়ন্ত্রক (সিজিএ) মহোদয় জনাব মোঃ নূরুল ইসলাম এর সভাপতিত্বে সিজিএ কার্যালয়, সিএএফও, ডিসিএ কার্যালয়ের সকল অফিস প্রধান ও ৬ষ্ঠ গ্রেড এর কর্মকর্তাদের সমন্বয়ে একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় "Functions of Bangladesh Bank, Functions of Public Account Departments (PAD), Real Time Gross Settlement( RTGS), Import of Debit Scroll & Credit Scroll, MICR Cheque Clearing Process" এর উপর interactive training session ভার্চুয়ালী অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সিজিএ মহোদয়ের দক্ষ নেতৃত্বে Human Resource Development এর মাধ্যমে অফিসের সকল কার্যক্রমের গুনগত মান আরো বৃদ্ধি করে সম্মানিত সেবাগ্রহীতাগণের সেবা আন্তরিকতা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে যথাযথ ও দ্রুত প্রদান নিশ্চিতকরণের লক্ষ্যে সিজিএ কার্যালয় ও এর আওতাধীন সকল হিসাবরক্ষণ অফিসসমূহে সম্পাদিত নিয়মিত কাজের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে চলমান ট্রেনিং, ওয়ার্কসপ, মিটিং এর অংশ হিসাবে অদ্য অনুষ্ঠিত ট্রেনিং সেশনে উপরিবর্ণিত বিষয়াবলীর উপর সকলের অংশ গ্রহনে প্রায়োগিক দিক সমূহসহ বিস্তারিত আলোচনা হয়। জনাব মোঃ মোখলেছুর রহমান (সিনিয়র কলসালটেন্ট, এসপিএফএমএস ও যুগ্ন পরিচালক, বাংলাদেশ ব্যাংক) উপস্থাপনা পেশ করেন। ট্রেনিং সেশনের সমাপনী বক্তব্যে সিজিএ মহোদয় পেশাগত জ্ঞান আরো বৃদ্ধি করে আন্তরিকতা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে সেবা যথাযথ ও দ্রুত প্রদানের বিষয়ে বিশেষভাবে গুরুত্ব আরোপ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় দিক নির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।

Interactive Training Session on "Budget and Accounting Classification System (BACS)"

০৫/০৮/২০২১ খ্রিঃ তারিখে জনাব মোঃ নূরুল ইসলাম, হিসাব মহানিয়ন্ত্রক (সিজিএ) মহোদয়ের সভাপতিত্বে সিজিএ কার্যালয়, সিএএফও, ডিসিএ কার্যালয়ের সকল অফিস প্রধান ও ৬ষ্ঠ গ্রেড এর কর্মকর্তাদের সমন্বয়ে একটি অত্যন্ত গুরুত্বপূর্ণ বিষয় Budget and Accounting Classification System (BACS) এর উপর interactive training session ভার্চুয়ালী অনুষ্ঠিত হয়। সিজিএ মহোদয়ের সৎ ও দক্ষ নেতত্বে হিসাব বিভাগের সকলের Professional Capacity (Knowledge, Skills, Efficiency, etc) development তথা Human Resource Development এর মাধ্যমে অফিসের সকল কার্যক্রমের গুনগত মান বৃদ্ধি করে সম্মানিত সেবাগ্রহীতাগণের সেবা আন্তরিকতা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে যথাযথ ও দ্রুত প্রদান নিশ্চিতকরনের লক্ষ্যে সিজিএ কার্যালয় ও এর আওতাধীন সকল হিসাবরক্ষণ অফিসসমূহে সম্পাদিত নিয়মিত কাজের সাথে সংশ্লিষ্ট বিষয়ে চলমান ট্রেনিং, ওয়ার্কসপ, মিটিং এর অংশ হিসাবে অদ্য অনুষ্টিত ট্রেনিং সেশনে BACS এর উপর সকলের অংশ গ্রহনে প্রায়োগিক দিকসমূহ সহ বিস্তারিত আলোচনা হয়। ট্রেনিং সেশনের সমাপনী বক্তব্যে সিজিএ মহোদয় সম্মানিত সেবাগ্রহীতাগণের সেবা আন্তরিকতা ও নিষ্ঠার সাথে যথাযথ ও দ্রুত প্রদানের বিষয়ে বিশেষভাবে গুরুত্ব আরোপ এবং প্রয়োজনীয় দিক নির্দেশনা প্রদান করেন।

OCGA Performed Successful Recruitment of Auditor & Junior Auditor

The office of The Controller General of Accounts appointed 914 (nine hundred & forty one) candidates to the post of Auditor (615) and Junior Auditor (326) through a competitive and fair recruitment process in the month of April-May, 2018. Mentionable, a total of 536 offices under CGA administration were functioning with 57% shortage of manpower since there was on recruitment for the last fourteen years. Having a short course of foundation training on financial rules and regulations, the selected candidates have been posted at different offices under CGA command. The office of CGA has planned to fill up the remaining vacant posts with fair, transparent and competitive recruitment process within the shortest possible time.

Ongoing Training Program of newly recruited auditors and Junior Auditors at CGA Conference Room

The office of the Controller General of Accounts arranges a daylong in-house training session on PFM Reform Strategy, Online Pay Fixation & iBAS++ on 31 January, 2017.

An In-house Training session was organized at CGA office on 9-10 October, 2016. Audit & Accounts Officers of all Chief Accounts Office participated in the training session. CGA Mr. Md. Amir Khasru inaugurated the session.

A presentation session on behalf of the PEMS Project was organized at the Office of the Controller General of Accounts with the representatives of Finance Division on 8th August, 2016.

A In-house Training Session on recent development initiatives undertaken by CGA office was organized at CGA Conference Room on 3rd August, 2016. CGA Mr. Md. Amir Khasru inaugurated the Training Session.

Newly joined 3 BCS Audit & Accounts cadre officers of 34th batch namely Farzana Umme Khanam, Md. Sariful Islam & Rajib Debnath meet CGA at his office on 15th June, 2016 on their maiden attachment program.

A preparatory presentation on “Online Pay Fixation 2015” with the officials of Ministry of Home Affairs & Ministry of Post, Telecommunications and Information Technology was held on 7th December, 2015 at CGA office.

CGA speaks on ‘Ethics & Morality’ in a training session organized by CAO, Ministry of Labor & Employment on 13 October, 2015 at CGA conference room.

A presentation session on “Pay Fixation” is organized at CGA Conference Room on 20th September, 2015. Audit & Accounts Officers of different CAOs attend the presentation session. CAO/Works, CAO/Finance Division and CAO/Office of the President present the key note of the session.

A training session on “Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) Monitoring by CAOs” is organized at CGA conference room on 27th May, 2015. Representatives from the PEMS program speak on how to monitor the EFT process from CAOs’ end.

Foreign Ministry officials visit CGA office on 26th November 2014. Controller General of Accounts (CGA) Mr. Md. Abul Kashem welcomes them to a session on "Introduction to Mission Cash Accounts".

A training workshop on draft Government Finance Statistics Manual (GFSM), 2014 and Budget & Accounts Classification System was held in the office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA) on 16th October, 2014. The workshop was conducted by Mr. Janis Platais, IMF GFS Advisor. This was attended by Mr. Md. Abul Kashem, Controller General of Accounts with senior officials of CGA including 20 Chief Accounts Officers (CAOs) of various Ministries. The issues related to the practical implementation of GFSM were presented during the workshop. There was interactive participation from the participants which immensely benefitted them.
